Captain’s Log: Entry

For the third year in a row we had Glenn
and Glenny Sundin down with us. This year they were also
joined by Uncle Mark. The first year Glenny came down to
Surfari he really hadn’t fished too much before and was
just starting to get the itch. The second year he caught
his first wahoo and I think at that point he was hooked.
This year he was fishing like an animal! All he could
think about was reeling in the next fish. I think he may
like fishing more than me, and that is no small task. On
our first trip on the boat we caught a bunch of Jacks and
Macks and Glenny was beaming! On the second trip, Glenny
single handedly reeled in over 50 fish! I could not get
him to go in. We fished for 8 hours straight and he was
not even tired. He even managed to reel in a fish’s
eyeball minus the fish! I am really stoked that we got to
turn him into a hardcore fisherman the past few years and
we had a great time hanging with the Sundins again this
year.
