After such a great day of surfing and fishing yesterday (and spending 12 hours on the boat) I really thought I would chill and sleep in. Wrong! Being a natural born fish killer, I awoke early and sensed the wind was going to stay onshore again today. With such a great bite yesterday, I figured we had to go do a charter and get some of our friends hooked up with some fish. We took our good friends Gibson, Carrie, Aaron, and Susan out for a troll and got lucky. The fish were still going nuts! It only took about 30 seconds between bites, and often they were doubles and triples. It only took a couple of hours and everyone was stoked and ready to head in. After dropping Gibson, Carrie, Aaron, and Susan off, we decided to head back out and do some commercial Mackeral fishing. Jimmy, Gnarly, and I spent the next 5 hours putting a smack down on anything that swam into the Va Pue’s spread. In the end we ended up with 30 Macks and a handful of other fish! Another great SUBU day in Nicaragua!!!
