| Here are the shots from the final day of the Santana Surf Contest. Special thanks to Marianna for the great surf pics! It was a super fun day and team Surfari SUBU'd hard!!! Kristin got first place for the girls. Brodie got second in open and Lance got third. Joel got second in the Juniors. Mason Barnes nailed first spot in the expression session. Team Surfari also had a new member dominate the longboard comp, his name is "Macho Nacho" and he came all the way from an orphanage in Mexico to compete for Team Surfari and win the comp! Thanks Macho Nacho!!! The highlight of Macho's heat was when he pounded a cold beer going down the line!!! Congrats as well to Rex Calderon for crushing the competition and winning both Juniors and Open. |
