| We just went down to San Juan del Sur to compete in the Suzuki "Dorado" sportfish tournament. We did not win, but caught more Dorado than anybody. We fished against 34 other boats that were all bigger than ours! On the second day of fishing we ventured out 25 miles and caught six nice dolphin. The only problem was a 25 knot offshore wind that kicked our ass for two and a half hours on the way in. All in all, a great event that we are looking forward in competing in next time. The winning dolphin was 36 lbs. |
